Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is issuing Amendment #1 to the Streambed Alteration Agreement issued for the Phase 1A Reduced, Atwater-Merced Expressway Project. Project changes include modifying the method of false work construction for the bridge over Canal Creek. The false was originally planned to span Canal Creek; the amended Project will require three (3) 12-inch diameter timber piles to be driven into the dry streambed in order to provide support for the false work.
