The project would be constructed in phases and, at full build out, would have over 80,000 pallet positions in 482,000 sf of cold storage facilities, distributing up to approx. 1,120 million pounds of food products per year. A component of the project would be the relocation of existing rebar distribution operations from the East Complex to the West Complex.
