Document Description
The Citywide Creek Master Plan covers all creeks within Santa Rosa's urban growth boundary. It involves restoration of creeks and the development of a network of trails along creeks where feasible. The majority of trail alignments are located on public land. The project also includes concept plans for the restoration of Roseland and Upper Colgan Creeks, and integrates the Santa Rosa Creek Master Plan that was adopted in 1993.
