Document Description
Napa Valley College proposes to reconstruct the existing one-way Magnolia Drive/Napa-Vallejo Highway (SR-221) exit intersection into a two-way intersection (entrance/exit) and abandon one-way entrance hook ramp located just south of the intersection. In addition, the proposed project would reconstruct and realign approximately 1,250 feet of James Diemer Drive at the north end of campus, add an additional 38,170 square feet to the parking lot located adjacent to James Diemer Drive, construct a round-a-bout at the James Diemer Drive/Magnolia Drive intersection and construct various pedestrian and maintenance vehicle improvements on the campus.
