Document Description
The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for this project. The project consists of constructing an adult residential development. Construction is only planned north of Sand Creek. A new bridge on the proposed Sand Creek Road extension will cross Sand Creek at the south side of the Project site. The Sand Creek Road extension will parallel Sand Creek to the west. Runoff from the proposed development site will enter two new storm water basins to the north of Sand Creek, treated, and hyrdo-modified before being discharged into Sand Creek through a single outfall structure. Fill, excavation, and dredging activities will impact waters of the United States.
