Restrip Elverta Rd from Dutch Haven Blvd to ~300 ft east of Rivergreen Drive. 3. Install a fully landscaped, raised center median. 4. Install 6 ft wide Class II bike lanes and improvements for ADA compliance. 5. Construct new roadside ditches and driveway culverts on the north and south sides of Elverta Road. 6. Modify traffic signals at the intersection of Elverta Rd and 28th St. 7. Construct sound barriers and/or headwall/retaining walls as necessary. 8.
