Document Description
The project is a Major Use Permit for a private educational and research facility for individuals with developmental and learning disabilities. The educational facilities would be comprised of approximately 92,700 square feet of new and renovated buildings on-site, including classrooms, administration center, vocational training and maintenance building, therapy buildings, childcare center, horse stable and equestrian ring. A total of 305 children and adult students, and 204 staff persons, would use the facilities daily, Monday through Friday with some weekend activities. Access would be provided by a private roadway connecting to Deer Springs Road.
