Notes: Response to Comments The Villages of Lakeview Specific Plan proposes a master planned community comprised of approximately 2,800 acres in the Lakeview/Nuevo area of Riverside County. Proposed land uses include a max of 11,350 residential units, 500,000 sf of commercial uses, up to three new K-8 schools, 150 acres of passive and active parks, and approximately 1,000 acres of open space/conservation that is proposed for permanent protection and conservation.
