Document Description
The 2006 Campus Master Plan Update is organized into three phases. The existing campus development from 1992 to 2006 is referred to as Phase I of the Master Plan Update. Phase II includes development to accommodate the growth of the campus from 2006 to 2016 and Phase III includes development to accommodate the growth of the campus from 2016 to campus build-out which, for purposes of this document, is estimated to be 2030. Phase II includes near-term construction projects to achieve build-out of the campus, which will be analyzed at a programmatic level in the EIR document.
