The applicant proposes the following five activities: (1) installation of a rocked ford, (2) installation of a temporary "Spittler" type crossing at an existing failed crossing site, (3) installation of a 60" culvert at an existing failed crossing site, (4) placement of rock armor at the outlet of an existing culvert, and (5) placement of rock armor the outlet of an existing culvert. All activities are located in Mendocino County, T19N, R15W, Sections 14, 15, 22, and 27, Northspur and Burbeck USGS 7.5" quadrangles. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2006-0106-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Robbin Rempel of the Mendocino Redwood Company, LLC.
