Document Description
The proposed San Francisco Armory project would rehabilitate the existing State Armory and Arsenal (City Landmark No. 108) for residential and office use. The currently vacant Armory building consists of 126,500 gross square feet (excluding basement) in two components, a four-story-plus-basement Administration building (fronting Mission Street) and an adjacent one-level barrel vaulted drill court (fronting Julian Avenue), also with a basement. The project would convert the Administration building to residential units and office space, and would construct new dwelling units on the roof.
