Construction of the 60,523 gross square feet (sf) School of Media Arts Building with 41,490 sf interior area. The structure will have five levels: two sub-surface, and three above-ground. Structural height from existing ground surface to the roof line will be 54 feet, while a clock tower will have a height of 78 feet. The structure will consolidate existing on-campus programs in one building. An additional 93 surface parking spaces will be provided in an existing parking area on the College West Campus.
