Document Description
The U.S. Air Force has prepared an EBS of the Over-the-Horizon Backscatter (OTH-B) Radar Site in Tulelake, CA. The purpose of the document is to record the environmental condition of the site before transferring site ownership to the US Forest Service. In accordance with 32 CFR Chapter VII (7-7-01 edition), subchapter T, part 989, A.2.3.18. CATEX list, an Environmental Assessment (EA) for transfer of the site has not been prepared. Reference SCH#2005054001, which is the EA for equipment removal at the site.
