Document Description
Project is limited to one encroachment to install and remove a temporary rail car bridge across the East Branch of the South Fork Eel River annually. The bridge will be in place during the low flow season, with installation and removal occurring in response to streamflow within the river. Annual work for the bridge installation and removal will include construction of abutments using native gravel, placement of the bridge, removal of the bridge, and grading of the abutments and approaches to reestablish natural pre-installation gravel bar.
