Document Description
Subdivision of a 9.86-acre parcel into 22 residential lots and one open space lot and Rezone for a portion of the property from "AR-10" (Agricultural-Residential, 10 acres minimum) to "O" (Open Space) for the open space lot. The proposed residential lots and right-of-ways occupy 5.02 acres. Lots range in size from approximately 5,700 square feet to 13,000 square feet. The proposed open space lot is 4.84 acres in size. The project also includes grading, road and site improvements, removal of non-native ornamental trees, extension of a bicycle/pedestrian trail, and extension of Stone Springs Drive to Waterman Road.
