The proposed project consists of the creation of 42 single-family residential subdivision lots on 10 acres of land in the north-central portion of the City of Mt. Shasta. The proposed project includes the extension of Kenneth Way and Marjorie Streets and the creation of one new City street, Annie Way (Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map). Marjorie Street is proposed to extend north and connect with the existing Shasta Avenue. Kenneth Way will intersect with Marjorie Street within the Subdivision, providing for ingress and egress consistent with City code.
