Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, the City of Modesto, represented by Violet Jakab, for its Primary Outfall Rehabilitation Project. The Tuolumne River Undercrossing will be rehabilitated using a repair method of internal joint welding and lining, involving no excavation or surface work within the riparian corridor. Box B manhole, located on the north side of the Tuolumne River and outside of the riparian zone, will be replaced. No vegetation removal is proposed, and it is expected that no water will be diverted from the Tuolumne River.
