Document Description
Approval of a Downtown Planned Community Permit (DPC2015-03) and Vesting Tentative Map (TM2015-02) to demolish 3 existing commercial buildings, merge 4 lots, and construct a new 7-story, 92 ft. tall residential building with 137 for-rent units and structured parking on the lower two levels (one partially submerged) providing a total of 153 parking spaces. On January 24, 2011, the Redwood City Council certified the Downtown Precise Plan (DTPP) program-level environmental impact report (State Clearinghouse #2006052027). Staff prepared an Initial Study and determined that the project will not result in any new environmental impacts beyond those identified in the DTPP EIR.
