CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2015-0081-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Caltrans. The Project involves completing work started under the previous, expired Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2009-0078-R4 including construction of the northbound bridge at the Northern Tributary to Cross Creek, completion of detail-work at the Kings River Bridge, installation of erosion control, and revegetation.
