Document Description
The California Tahoe Conservancy has approved the sale and transfer of 5,991 sq. ft. of land coverage rights from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel on which Placer County will construct a public parking facility in the Tahoe City Community Plan area. The parking area is proposed to offset a portion of the existing parking deficit in the Tahoe City Community Plan Area. The transfer enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in the hydrologically-related area.
