Document Description
The proposed Shadow Hills Expansion Specific Plan will add a third phase to the Shadow Hills Community north of Avenue 40 and will consist of a golf course-oriented, age-restricted, active-adult residential community. Development allowed by the Specific Plan will allow approximately 1,200 age-restricted residential units along with an 18-hole golf course and other recreational and open space uses on approximately 305 acres.
