Document Description
The proposed project consists of a proposal to modernize and expand facilities to meet existing and future needs of the college. The project is expected to result in a net increase of approximately 50,700 square feet of building area, 50 additional dormitory beds, and 200 to 300 additional parking spaces. Approval of the project will require the following three entitlements from the City of La Verne: (1) a certified EIR, (2) CUP for approval of the Master Plan, and (3) amendment to the Lordsburg Specific Plan to increase the height limitations within the Institutional district from 35 feet to 54 feet.
