Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit application to install a wireless telecommunications facility on an existing utility pole located within the public road right-of-way. The proposed wireless telecommunications facility consists of four (4) panel antennas, one (1) GPS antenna, and two (2) 10-foot cable arms mounted at 42 feet high above grade to a new 43-foot high replacement pole (subject pole). One (1) 15.75"x13.39"x22.83" RBS3303 Microcell, one (1) 23.2"x28.85"x29.5" 50A cabinet, two (2) 17"x8.82"x24" RBS 2109 Microcell cabinets, and one (1) disconnect box are proposed to be attached between the height of six (6) feet to 15 feet high above ground to the new replacement pole.
