Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0163-R6 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Peter H. Wulfman, County of San Bernardino Solid Waste Management Division. To develop the channel and detention basin, the applicant proposes to grade and fill the entire length (1,660 feet) of the unnamed drainage or 0.83 acres of streambed and sparse mulefat/willow scrub and coastal sage scrub habitat. The project will permanently impact 0.83 acres of jurisdictional waters identified on the site.
