Document Description
The proposed project addressed in this Initial Study is the construction, on a 1.1 acre lot, of facilities to support adjacent existing Sonoma Charter School. The facilities proposed for placement on the lot include:
- an approximately 4,320 square foot classroom and multipurpose room with cafeteria capabilities to serve the existing student and staff population of the Sonoma Valley Charter School, as a classroom, as general meeting and activities room, and for evening meetings with parents and the general public;
- an approximately 600 square foot secure strorage building;
- an approximately 6,300 square foot asphalt paved parking lot; and,
- a curb and sidewalk structure along the frontage of the parcel with Vailetti Road.
