Z: Agricultural - 5 acre minimum lot size
Document Description
The applicant proposes to rezone 46.63 acres from Agricultural - 5 acre minimum to R1B20 (Single Family Residence - B Combining District - 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot size). The purpose of the rezone is to make the zoning consistent with the General Plan Land Use Designation which was amended in January 2003 to Rural Neighborhood - 2 dwelling units per acre. Future division of the land would require additional studies related to biological impacts, traffic, agricultural, on-site sewage disposal and other issues would also be addressed.
