Document Description
The proposed project would subdivide 10.2 acres into 21 single-family parcels ranging in size from 8,212 to 31,518 square feet (gross). Access to the subdivision would be via Riddle Road, which would be extended through the subdivision to the southerly boundary with a secondary emergency access provided to Wintun Drive. City sewer and water would be extended to serve the project. A lift station would be constructed south of the project site. The project includes a Rezone from Interim Residential (IR) to Single-Family Residential (R-1-BSM).
