Document Description
As part of the deconstruction of an old school and construction of a new school, the District proposes to culvert 419 linear feet of Sulphur Creek near C Street and Filbert Street in the City of Hayward. Offsite mitigation will be performed on a lower reach of Sulphur Creek. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0774-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Morad Fakhrai / City of Hayward Department of Public Works.
