Document Description
The proposed project includes the installation and operation of an arsenic treatment system. The system will run raw well water through a carbon dioxide injector system to lower pH and a sand filter, then through iron oxide media beds. After the groundwater is filtered through the iron oxide, it will be routed back to the existing wellhead piping. The project will bring the Lead Agency's drinking water into compliance with new federal arsenic limits.
