Document Description
A Program EIR will evaluate the potential impacts to the environment from the proposed SLRMWD Water, Wastewater, and Recycled Water Master Plan (Master Plan). The Master Plan proposes the following components: approximately 53.7 miles of water and wastewater pipelines, five potable water storage reservoirs, six pressure reducing stations, two turnout connections, two lift stations, one wastewater treatment plant, a recycled water pump station, and two recycled water reservoirs. The Master Plan infrastructure would serve anticipated development within the study area at over twice the level of development designated by the currently adopted County of San Diego General Plan. Implementation of the Master Plan would require certain actions by the San Diego Local Agency Formation Commission, and potentially other water agencies.
