Renewal of 18 interim CVP water-service contracts between the United States and 16 CVP contractors. CVP contractors included in these draft documents are: El Dorado Irrigation District, San Juan Water District, Broadview Water District, City of Tracy, Westlands Water District Distribution District No. 1, Westlands Water District Distribution District No. 2, Pajaro Valley Water Management Agency, Santa Clara Valley Water District, County of Fresno, Hills Valley Irrigation District, Kern-Tulare Water District, Lower Tule River Irrigation District, Pixley Irrigation District, Rag Gulch Water District, Tri-Valley Water District, and the County of Tulare. The proposed action would continue the existing interim contracts for up to two years, with only minor, administrative changes to the contract provisions.
