Document Description
The proposed project consists of improvements to the Domestic Wastewater Treatment Plant (DWTP) to increase the quality of effluent produced and to increase the treatment and disposal capacity of the plant. The proposed project would reduce the amount of water disposed of by percolation by developing disposal sprayfields and providing tertiary treated effluent as a recycled water supply for agricultural and urban irrigation.
