He has submitted a site plan showing water and sewage lines, roads, and buildings. He is requesting approval of two on site sewage sytems, a residence and a bathroom building wihtin a recorded archeological site, LAK-89. Due to the presence of cultural resources, an Environmental Impact Report under the California Environmental Quality Act is required prior to issuance of zoning clearances for a residence and septic system.
