Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction and operation of a concrete batch plant on an approximately five acre parcel. The site would include a 1,440 square foot office building, a 1,800 square foot warehouse building, a concrete batch plant, wash areas for concrete trucks, and parking for concrete trucks and employee vehicles. The project would also include a 900 square foot single story apartment to be used as a caretaker's residence. Facility lighting would be necessary to provide for security and to illuminate the site during early morning operations.
