Document Description
The Proposed Project would result in the development of up 2787 residential units, 3.5 million square feet of office and/or medical uses, 217,000 square feet of ancillary retail, open space, and supporting infrastructure on 56+ acres located adjacent to the Sacramento River within the Triangle Specific Plan area. Implementation of the Proposed Project would require approval of: (1) a planned development permit, (2) a development agreement, (3) a large lot tentative map and small lot tentative maps, (4) an amendment to the Specific Plan that would increase residential and commercial entitlements in the Plan area, (5) an amendment to the Triangle Specific Plan that would increase allowable building heights on the project site, and (6) lot line adjustment.
