A programmatic EIR (PEIR) will be prepared to evaluate environmental impacts of the individual projects proposed in the Oakdale Irrigation District's Water Resources Plan. The PEIR will be conducted to solicit and incorporate public input and will set the stage for implementing the specific projects.
