Document Description
The proposed project involves construction of a low income housing development on Hopper Creek, tributary to Dry Creek, tributary to the Napa River at 6476 Washington Street in Yountville, CA. The site will require limited vegetation removal and planting along and adjacent to Hopper Creek, in addition to installation of a storm drain outlet. The current project site has limited native vegetation and the project will avoid impacts to mature trees to the greatest extent possible. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2007-0184-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Becky Boult, Napa Valley Community Housing.
