On May 17, 2018, the Indian Wells City Council approved a second reading for the Development Agreement Ordinance regarding the Indian Wells Hospitality Project, which facilitates development of Planning Area 2 (Proposed Project) of the Indian Wells Crossing Project (2010) and Miles Crossing Specific Plan (2006). The proposed project includes development of 31 villas, 139 hotel keys, and 54 condos on approx. 14.8 acres located north of Hwy 111, west of Miles Avenue, and south of the Whitewater River, in Indian Wells, CA.
