The CA Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Richard De Blauw, Sierra Gardens of SLO Limited, c/o Althouse & Meade, Inc. The project consists of the installation of a 24" diameter, 84.2' long reinforced concrete culvert in an ephemeral drainage, with rock rip-rap placed 14' upstream and downstream of the culvert. A 0.10 acre area of wetland will be filled for commercial and residential development.
