The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, with the project applicant, Craig A. Cowan Revocable Trust, c/o Althouse and Meade, Inc. The project consists of the relocation of a 321 linear yards of wetland swale to a new flow path. A 121 yard long pipe will be installed, with an outlet extension, and a drainage basin; the existing drainage swale and wetland will be filled, and road runoff will be directed into a concrete pipe to the created drainage swale and wetland.
