Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Specific Plan, coupled with a General Plan Amendment (GPA) (Land Use and Circulation). The main purpose of the Specific Plan is to guide future development within the Downtown while preserving the village character. The Specific Plan will allow parcels within the Plan Area to develop at higher intensities than currently allowed by the municipal code.
