Document Description
The City proposes to subdivide an existing 10 acre parcel to create a 33,147 square foot parcel for future High Density residential use. The General Plan would be amended and the Zoning District changed to allow for future residential use of the 33,147 square foot parcel. The subject site is currently paved and used as a parking lot. The site gently slopes from the north to the south toward another parking lot. The site is adjacent to a natural drainage channel containing mature oaks and willows. No development is proposed at this time.
