Document Description
This project proposes a subdivision of a lakefront parcel into 28 lots. The gross area is 26 acres. Approximately half of the site contains wetlands and the project area is entirely within a 100-year flood zone. The applicant is seeking to create a gated lakefront residential community with common areas and a marina. A heron rookery and other bird nesting areas are present on the property. Public water and sewer are proposed. The site adjoins the Holiday Cove and Land's End subdivisions.
