Document Description
The proposed project is an addition to the existing steam plant to house two gas turbines. The boiler plant expansion is intended to allow the County of Orange to meet its electricity needs by adding two 5.5 MW gas turbines to the boiler plant. Hot exhaust gas from the turbines will be used to generate steam in a highly efficient cogeneration (electricity and steam) configuration.
