The subject property consists of two (2) parcels of land, encompassing approximately 8.18 acres commonly referred to as APN's: 263-023-16, containing approximately 6.4 acres, more or less and 263-023-009, containing approximately 1.78 acres, more or less. The project site is located adjacent to Springville Drive and is approximately 1.5 miles east of the City of Porterville and 15 miles from the Tule River Indian Reservation. The site is currently improved with eight detached, single-family dwellings. There is no proposed change in land use.
