The proposed construction on vacant land that was previously disturbed by agricultural activity and includes a 7,500 square foot desalter and sited on less than three acres, which encompasses the following design and construction components: 1) Reverse Osmosis (RO) building; 2) chemical storage and feed facilities; 3) chlorine contract tanks and finished water pump station; 4) a brine pump station and connection to Temescal Valley Regional Interceptor; 5) a field laboratory; and 6) a storage and maintenance facility.
