Document Description
Minor Subdivision of an 80-acre parcel into three parcels and a remainder. The parcel sizes would be 7.1 acres, 5.2 acres and a 12.6 acres, with a 55 acre remainder parcel. The parcel is located on the east side of the Ocean View Drive and is bisected by the California Coastal Zone. Proposed parcels one through three are located within the boundary of the Coastal Zone and the remainder parcel located outside of the boundary of the Coastal Zone. Hillside development criteria would be applied to the project approval. All parcels would be served by separate on-site sewage disposal systems and connection to a public water system. Access to all lots would be from Ocean View Drive. A buffer would be applied to drainages on proposed parcels one and two.
