Document Description
To help meet its recycled water needs, the City proposes to construct a 1.0 million gallons (MG) recycled water tank in the foothills east of Newell Drive just beyond the eastern border of American Canyon in unincorporated Napa County, California. The 1.0 MG Recycled Water Storage Tank Project is one component of the City of American Canyon's recycled water system. The tank will store recycled, tertiary-treated water from the City's wastewater recycling facility and will facilitate the City's recycled water program. The recycled water will be used for urban and agricultural irrigation, and industrial process water. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0265-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Michael Throne / City of American Canyon.
