The addition is approximately 48 feet from the stream transition line. The approximately 140 acre parcel is also developed with single family residence. No trees were removed for this project and minimal grading was required. The parcel is served by on-site water and septic systems. A Biological Report, submitted with the application, concludes that the impacts to aquatic habitat and associated species would be negligible.
