Document Description
The Anatolia IV project comprises 25.1 acres and proposes the construction of 203 dwelling units (du). The proposed project also includes a park area, pedestrian paseos, landscape paseos, landscape corridors, and major roads. Infrastructure improvements such as water, sewer, and dry utilities are proposed along Chrysanthy Road and Jaeger Road within the proposed project boundary. Furthermore, the proposed project includes all on-site infrastructure needed to develop the site.
